NO-NONSENSE MUSCLE BUILDING

Welcome to my uncensored review of Vince’s muscle building ebook. It definitely goes above and beyond simple killer bicep workouts.

Overall, this is a fantastic product but there are a few things I didn’t like. First, Vince delivers over 200 pages of information in the ebook, but the first 63 pages or so are about goal setting, positive mental state, etc.

At first, this really turned me off—I wanted to jump right into the meat of building mass fast. However, the more I read, the more I realized he’s probably right on the money. Ever heard the term “slow down to go faster”?

He goes on to explain how twisted the body building industry has become and why it looks the way it does today. He’s done some great research on exactly which supplement companies actually own the fitness and muscle magazines out there—kinda’ scary how they really have manipulated us.

The thing I really liked is Vince is the real deal. He’s an author, has written for several well established fitness magazines, provides his before and after pictures and he won first place in the Canadian Fitness Model championship. Definitely not some knuckle head repackaging fitness articles on the web and peddling an ebook as a so-called “expert.”

I think the coolest thing he offers is a private member zone that is legit! I’ve signed up for some membership sites in the past that sucked once I showed up. I took a screen shot of Vince’s to show you its the real deal—audio downloads, bonus ebooks, forums, dvds etc. Really a one-stop shop for what I was looking for.
